Originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, Dr. Catherine earned her degree in Animal Science from Virginia Tech in 2018 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. She began her career in mixed-animal practice in rural Virginia before moving to Raleigh to be closer to family. Here, she continued caring for dogs and cats, including more than two years at Quail Corners Animal Hospital.

Her childhood veterinarian’s personal, home-based care left a lasting impression. Today, she brings that same sense of connection to her work with families preparing to say goodbye.

Dr. Catherine values clear communication, gentle handling, and a familiar setting where families can remain close to their companion.

At home, she shares her life with two cats, Jack and Roo. She enjoys reading, crocheting, walks, and time with family and friends.
