Policies and Details

Part of making the choice to have us help your family is understanding the policies and details so you know what to expect from us.  Below you’ll find important information on our deposit and additional charges.

Clay paw print included in all care levels

Potential additional charges:

1 clay paw print is included with all care levels, you are welcome to add extra paw prints for $35 each

  • add $100 for pets over 90 pounds (if your dog is over 120 pounds, a custom quote will apply)
  • add $50 for appts at/after 4pm weekdays
  • add $100 for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday

 

Policies

A $200 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required for all/each appointment. Your appointment is not reserved until deposit payment has been received. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a new deposit will apply.

Your remaining balance invoice is sent to you the day of services. Complete payment is due at/before the appointment.

We reserve the right to add a $100 change fee to any appointment that requests shifts in their appointment the day of, at the Drs discretion.

Preparing for the Appointment

You will be given an arrival window or arrival time. This means your Dr. could arrive anytime within the time frame given. We will communicate with you on exactly when to expect us closer to your arrival window.  You are welcome to text us anytime to check-in, if it is after 5pm, we may not respond until the following day as our phones are not monitored outside of normal business hours. We are closed Sundays.

Allow at least 1.5 hrs for appt.

Anyone attending should be at the appointment by the time your Dr. arrives.

Your Dr. is required to go over info with all present. Your Dr. is not able to wait for people to arrive.

In the event that your pet passes before your scheduled appointment, your deposit for a Level 1 or 2 appointment will be applied to cremation services – you must reach out to us to help with these logistics.  If it is overnight or we are closed, please text us 919-600-1841 and we will respond as soon as our office is open.

Customer information is never shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Any sharing excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone outside of the Azure Holland team for any purpose.  You can opt out anytime to a text or email from us by replying “stop”
