Added Fees and Policies
Part of making the choice to have us help your family is understanding the policies and details so you know what to expect from us. Below you’ll find important information on our deposit and additional charges.
1 clay paw print included in all care levels
Potential additional fees:
1 clay paw print is included with all care levels, you are welcome to add extra paw prints for $40 each
- add $100 for pets 80-120 pounds
- add $150 for pets 120-160 (over 160lbs? please reach out to us directly)
- add $50 for appts at/after 4pm weekdays
- add $100 for appts at/after 7pm weekdays
- add $150 for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday
Deposit & Scheduling Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. By reserving an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Each scheduled appointment or arrival window requires a separate deposit. Rescheduled appointments require a new deposit.

Cancellations are not eligible for deposit refunds or credits.
If your pet passes prior to the scheduled visit and you wish to apply your deposit toward cremation services, please notify our team in advance.

Appointment & Visit Guidelines
You will be provided with an arrival window. Your veterinarian may arrive at any point within this timeframe. We will communicate more precise timing as your appointment approaches. You are welcome to check in by text; however, messages received after 6:30 PM may be returned the following business day. We are closed overnight.
Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your visit. Each appointment is guided by your pet’s individual response to sedation, as some pets require more time than others.
All attendees should be present upon the doctor’s arrival. Your veterinarian will review important information with everyone present and is unable to delay the appointment for late arrivals.
For your pet’s comfort and safety, services are provided indoors.
If your pet passes prior to a scheduled Level 1 or Level 2 appointment, your deposit may be applied toward cremation services. Please contact our team for assistance. If this occurs outside business hours, you may text 919-600-1841, and we will respond when our office reopens.
